Twin Water Pistol {Tsuin Mizu Tanjuu}
description: The user points their index finger at the target and says, "Pow!", and then water will jet from their finger tips, coming from inside their pores. It will not be lethal or painful, it is just for humiliation. They can do this any time and as many times as they wish.

(Mist Sense)
A basic ability unique to mist Shinobi. This ability is very usefull for future techniques. As a born Mist ninja they have the ability to sense through the mist of thier city. In doing so the ninja is able to negate the effects of the mist's ability to stop there sense's and vision. They can see through mist better. This is usefull for the Hidden Mist technique.
Hoono o Fusegu
Fire Prevention
Living in the village of Kiri for most of their life causes their body's to contain a small amount of excess water. The body will automatically expel this water when the body is about to catch fire to prevent, or at least slow the flames and burning.

Cold Touch
The user is able to freeze and unfreeze water that the user is in direct contact with.
Mizu Kawarimi no jutsu
(Water substitution)
The user replaces themselves with a bit of water to avoid being hit.
Mizu kurie-shon (Water Creation)
A technique known to mist ninja, and snow ninja alike. This jutsu requires you to form four handseals consisting of, monkey, snake, horse, and dragon. When the needed handseals are completed, the user will slam their hands onto the ground. Upon contact with the ground, water will begin to rise. It will approach 5 inches in height, and about 5 feet around the user. Once completed, the water will remain there. Snow ninjas, can use this in combination with the Yuki Ryouiki no Jutsu to turn the water into ice.
Cons: This is utterly useless in battle. It has some uses, but it doesn't directly effect anything, but make the ground wet. This can be useful for farming, or techniques where water is required.

Futtou Mizu {Boiling Water}
description: The user will do four hand seals and then slam their hands into water, the water that connects to it within a fifteen foot area will instantly heat up to 150 degrees. This will not hurt the user, for they will have coated themselves with their chakra. This can cause first degree burns after on post of being in it, second for two, and third for four. The water boils for four posts.

The user simply does three hand signs, the last of which both index fingers are poking out from your hands, and then jams the index fingers into their own stomach, causing them to cough up water, the amount of water depends on how much force and chakra they use. They can cough up no more than six ounces at a time, and have to wait two posts before doing it again.

Icy Breath
The user exales a cold breath full of frosty air. The cold air hitting an opponent can in itself cause pain, and the moist air freezes on the opponent if it hits. This is not very dangerous or powerful. And if this is done by a yuki nin or chuunin, the user can freeze the moisture before it hits and can barrage the opponent with small chunks of ice.
Sui Souran no jutsu
(Water Control Technique)This is the ability to let users control the water around them by attracting the water with the chakra located in their hands. If a high amount of chakra is used the user may turn the water to Ice then back to water.
Yuki Bunshin no Jutsu
(Snow Clone Technique) This jutsu creates clones made out of nearby snow and ice. Because of the nature of their component materials, these clones will fall apart with minimal damage, resulting in clones that are only slightly more powerful than the regular Bunshin no Jutsu. However, these clones only require a tiny amount of chakra to create, allowing even lower-ranked shinobi to generate large numbers of them (About 5 for Genin, 8 for Chuunin, and 12 for Jounin and up) without much difficulty. High-ranked ninja can even activate the jutsu as soon as one of these clones is destroyed, causing them to reform almost as soon as they are destroyed. However, this ability requires the user to remain stationary and concentrate hard, leaving them wide open for attack if their opponent manages to destroy a large number of them at once.
Cons: As it's been said, these clones fall apart easily. They also have a huge weakness to heat, melting quite easily. Overall, this jutsu is more of a support or distraction jutsu than an actual attack.
Dendou Nami
(Electric Wave) A wave of electricity spreads across whatever the user touches. Raikama clan members can create a chakra circle in the palm of their hand, and charge it up with chakra to produce a much more damaging result.
Cons: Uncharged, it is practically useless as a direct attack, and it takes a long time to charge up to function as a reliable attack
Kiri Shunshin no Jutsu
(Mist Instantaneous Body Skill) A technique which allows the user to transport from one place to another in a veil of mist.
Mizu Shunshin no Jutsu
(Water Instantaneous Body Skill) A technique which allows the user to transport from one place to another through puddles of water
Ea Furiizu
(Cool Down) A genjutsu that makes the target feel much colder, like the temperature is continuously dropping even past freezing.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu
(Water Replication Technique) Creates one or multiple identical
copies of the user out of water. More similar to Shadow Clone than
to a Normal Clone, Water Clones are capable of attacking, except
each Clone's strength is only one tenth of the power of the
original. Also, the clone can only be controlled within a certain
radius of the user.
Seku Nami Sairensaa
User jumps into a pool of water and curls up. They say "Protector" mentally, and sound waves push the water away from the person to create a underwater oxygen ball for the user of the jutsu.
Cons: Only lasts for about two minutes.

Torpedo {Gyorai}
The user does two hand signs while under the water, and will then be six times faster while in the water. They will not use their hands or feet to swim, they will put their arms at their sides, and will look as if standing. They will propel themselves with chakra, making them a living torpedo. They will then try to ram the opponent for an attack. This lasts for two posts.

(Hidden Mist Technique) A simple yet very effective technique.
Covers the area of your opponents with a thick sheet of mist,
crippling their senses and creating an opening for a more powerful
attack.
Misshuu Kiragakure no jutsu
(Dense Hidden Mist technique) (Must know Hidden Mist Jutsu first)
The user will form the nesscary hand seals and then form the mist like normal. Then they do another set of hand seals and the mist will become denser than normal. This will make it harder for a ninja to see. The farthest you could see would be about the length of sticking your arm straight out. Along with this the mist will make it harder to breathe and greatly reduce reaction time's. Mist ninja's have a hampered senses and sight but it isn't as bad as other non-mist nins.
Teppoudama - [Bullet]
Teppoudama Suiton • Teppoudama is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, Gamabunta manifests a large amount of water in his mouth which he can then spit at his opponent as a large spherical projectile.
Soshi Nami (Elemental Wave)
A jutsu made by the nins from Glacier Country, this technique has been altered by the shinobi of many different villages, from mist to stone. Using the present substance of choice, such as ice, snow, rain, sand, etc, the user slams his/her palms onto the ground, causing massive waves to erupt 360 degrees. Since the jutsu was initially used by ice nins, the created waves of ice that shot outwards were used to entrap an enemy, locking them in place from the waist up. However, the jutsu is also possible with most other elements, especially stone and sand.
Cons: Though the jutsu does not require as much chakra as most would think, it takes a great deal of concentration to maintain, meaning that he/she cannot perform any other actions while holding the prison in place. Normally used to surprise the opponent in the beginning of battle, rather than using it halfway through.
Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu
(“Mist Servant Technique”) A Genjutsu techinque that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.
Shimo Kyuutai no Jutsu (Frost Orb Technique)
The user forms a ball of pure cold between his or her hands. They can throw the ball forward, exposing whatever it hits to intense cold. This can freeze moisture around its target, freezing it in a thin layer of ice, or causing minor frostbite.
Cons: Freezes the user's hands if it is not thrown immediately, and is easy to miss when throwing it.
Kirigakure no Tanto
(Daggers of the hidden mist)
Just as the hidden snow jutsu the user will create a large cloud of mist and it will release daggers of water down to the ground.
Con: Daggers may hit the user if not dogged.
Soshi Kanjiru
Elemental Senses
The user, in contact with their element (Sand, Water, or Snow) is able to detect even the slightest vibrations in that element. Ie: A yuki nin in a field of snow is able to detect anyone standing or walking in the snow and is able to pick up their relative location.
Mizuken
Water Sword
Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. The user can freely decide what shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. However, this sword is weak and can only do minor slashes to human flesh.
Cons: weak against Fire jutsu'&requires a little bit of charkra each shape that it is changed.
Ken Mizu no Jutsu
(Must possess sword)
(Blades of Water Technique) A technique used in with any normal
style sword weapon. Water beings to encompass the blade of the
weapon(s), then the user is able to swing single or multiple times
with each seperate attack releasing a razor sharp edge of curved
water toward an single opponent or group of attackers.
Bakafu Sandanjuu
(Waterfall Shotgun) If the user is near a waterfall, they can use
the water as a primary source of attack. The user redirects the
falling water towards the opponent instead, creating a hideous
impact.
NOTE: Will most likely fail if used by Chuunin or below.
Syrup Capture Field Jutsu: The user does 4 hand signs, the user then can spit a stream of extremely sticky syrup that covers the ground and holds opponents in place. Any ninja capable of walking on water can avoid being stuck in the syrup, but need to do so before it hardens. It hardens in 1 post, and lasts for 2 after that. If you can manage to spit it directly on the bottom of their feet, its unnavoidable. This takes only a little chakra and the user must wipe it off their face, or it may harden and keep their lips stuck together. The syrup is also flammable, but when lit on fire, will burn out in 1 post, leaving no syrup left.

Birodo Kosa No Jutsu [Velvet Density Technique] - Mist/Rain
Transferring an even amount of chakra within a body of water, the user can affect the viscosity of the liquid, making the fluid the density of thick mud, thus slowing any opponent's movement within the water. This works to slow down jutsu-enhanced speeds as well, although not to the extent normal movement is hindered. Must be constantly maintained with a flow of chakra or the fluid reverts to its original density, by any body part in contact with the body of water. This level of jutsu can only affect smaller bodies of water (up to 50 gallons), or small areas within larger bodies of water (of equivalent amount).

Yobigoe No Kujira [Call Of The Whale] - Mist/Sound/Rain
A relatively simple jutsu in its implementation, this jutsu can only affect opponents who are submerged in water. Creating two seals, the user sends out a pulse of chakra through the body of water in the guise of a high-pitched sound not unlike the calling of whales. This sound, although seemingly harmless, causes dizziness and loss of orientation in the opponent.
Cons: Affects everyone in the water, possibly affecting allies.

Uta No On'na-Yuwakusha [Song Of The Siren] - Mist/Sound/Rain
A relatively simple jutsu in its implementation, this jutsu can only affect opponents who are submerged in water. This sound, although seemingly harmless, causes the opponent to relax and fall asleep underwater.

Kanakirigoe No Sematanoorochi [Cry Of The Hydra] - Mist/Sound/Rain
This jutsu can only affect opponents who are submerged in water. Creating five seals, the user sends out a pulse of chakra through the body of water in the guise of three shrill unearthly cries. This sound causes pain to the opponent's ears and mind, causing disorientation and even loss of consciousness if they are caught unawares.
Cons: Affects everyone in the water, possibly affecting allies.
Water Slam {Mizu Gachan}
description: The user does three hand signs, then holds out one hand, palm up, and opened. Water will come from any near water source, levitating in the air, and come into a swirling ball of water. (If no water source, from your pores in your skin.) After it builds up into a basketball sized sphere of water, they will put the other hand on top of it, it splitting in half, so that both hands are covered in a small spinning sphere each. They will then slam it into the targets chest, it able to rip tear at skin and cloth as it hits. It will knock them backwards by three feet or so as well.
cons: This takes one post to build up if you are lower than jounin. This is usable twice per thread. This takes a moderate amount of chakra.

Suikoudan Suiton • Suikoudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals which then causes a column of water to rise from the water and then strike their target.
Suigadan - [Water Fang Projectile]
Suigadan Suiton • Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.
Buriza-do (Blizzard)
A jutsu that is a favorite amongst the ice nins from Glacier country. Frequently used after performing "Kirigakure no Jutsu", the shinobi pulls out the present water molecules in the air, forming dozens, sometimes up to hundreds, of miniature ice bolts. So long as the user has a considerable amount of skill in chakra manipulation, he/she can direct the projectiles towards any target they please.
Cons: Considered to be useless in regions where mist is unable to be formed. Also, the jutsu can be cancelled if the user loses too much concentration, not to say that he/she can't be doing anything else while performing it.
Furosuto no Yoroi (Frost Armor)
Coating the outer layer of his armor/skin in a thin layer of ice, the jutsu acts mostly as a defensive measure against lower level jutsus. However, the technique’s greatest advantage lies in its ability to counter some of the most powerful melee attacks that exist. Upon contact with the armor, a small portion of ice immediately travels up the substance, eventually covering the entire victim in a block of ice, unable to move.
Cons: Has minimal use when defending against ranged jutsus, as its second abilities are useless against them. Takes formidable charka to create the frost armor itself.
Shimo Shinsei (Frost Nova)
By expelling small pulses of charka from his body, the shinobi forms miniature waves of ice that explode outwards in all 360 degrees, much resembling “Soshi Nami”. However, upon contact, the jutsu begins to cut down the target’s overall response rate and causes their limbs to become numb. Used mainly for paralyzing an opponent before moving in for the kill.
Cons: Can be rather easily repelled by stronger mist/snow jutsus, but most of all, fire jutsus. Movement is also extremely limited when initiating this technique.
Jouro Senbon
(must have an umbrella to use)
(Raining Needles) A barrage of needles fly at the enemy from
sockets in an umbrella that has been flung into the air. They come
at the enemy from all directions and are controlled by chakra to
increase accuracy. These needles have been known to have the power
to pierce 5mm of steel.

Syrup Capture Field Jutsu: The user does 4 hand signs, the user then can spit a stream of extremely sticky syrup that covers the ground and holds opponents in place. Any ninja capable of walking on water can avoid being stuck in the syrup, but need to do so before it hardens. It hardens in 1 post, and lasts for 2 after that. If you can manage to spit it directly on the bottom of their feet, its unnavoidable. This takes only a little chakra and the user must wipe it off their face, or it may harden and keep their lips stuck together. The syrup is also flammable, but when lit on fire, will burn out in 1 post, leaving no syrup left.

Birodo Kosa No Jutsu [Velvet Density Technique] - Mist/Rain
Transferring an even amount of chakra within a body of water, the user can affect the viscosity of the liquid, making the fluid the density of thick mud, thus slowing any opponent's movement within the water. This works to slow down jutsu-enhanced speeds as well, although not to the extent normal movement is hindered. Must be constantly maintained with a flow of chakra or the fluid reverts to its original density, by any body part in contact with the body of water. This level of jutsu can only affect smaller bodies of water (up to 50 gallons), or small areas within larger bodies of water (of equivalent amount).

Yobigoe No Kujira [Call Of The Whale] - Mist/Sound/Rain
A relatively simple jutsu in its implementation, this jutsu can only affect opponents who are submerged in water. Creating two seals, the user sends out a pulse of chakra through the body of water in the guise of a high-pitched sound not unlike the calling of whales. This sound, although seemingly harmless, causes dizziness and loss of orientation in the opponent.
Cons: Affects everyone in the water, possibly affecting allies.

Uta No On'na-Yuwakusha [Song Of The Siren] - Mist/Sound/Rain
A relatively simple jutsu in its implementation, this jutsu can only affect opponents who are submerged in water. Creating three seals, the user sends out a pulse of chakra through the body of water in the guise of a singing woman's lullaby. This sound, although seemingly harmless, causes the opponent to relax and fall asleep underwater.
Cons: Affects everyone in the water, possibly affecting allies.

Kanakirigoe No Sematanoorochi [Cry Of The Hydra] - Mist/Sound/Rain
This jutsu can only affect opponents who are submerged in water. Creating five seals, the user sends out a pulse of chakra through the body of water in the guise of three shrill unearthly cries. This sound causes pain to the opponent's ears and mind, causing disorientation and even loss of consciousness if they are caught unawares.
Cons: Affects everyone in the water, possibly affecting allies.
Water Slam {Mizu Gachan}
description: The user does three hand signs, then holds out one hand, palm up, and opened. Water will come from any near water source, levitating in the air, and come into a swirling ball of water. (If no water source, from your pores in your skin.) After it builds up into a basketball sized sphere of water, they will put the other hand on top of it, it splitting in half, so that both hands are covered in a small spinning sphere each. They will then slam it into the targets chest, it able to rip tear at skin and cloth as it hits. It will knock them backwards by three feet or so as well.
cons: This takes one post to build up if you are lower than jounin. This is usable twice per thread. This takes a moderate amount of chakra.

Suishouha - [Water Collision Destruction]
Suishuuha Suiton • Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals which then causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at their target.
Suikoudan no Jutsu - [Water Shark Projectile Technique]
Suikoudan Suiton • Suikoudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals which then causes a column of water to rise from the water and then strike their target.
Suigadan - [Water Fang Projectile]
Suigadan Suiton • Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.
Buriza-do (Blizzard)
A jutsu that is a favorite amongst the ice nins from Glacier country. Frequently used after performing "Kirigakure no Jutsu", the shinobi pulls out the present water molecules in the air, forming dozens, sometimes up to hundreds, of miniature ice bolts. So long as the user has a considerable amount of skill in chakra manipulation, he/she can direct the projectiles towards any target they please.
Cons: Considered to be useless in regions where mist is unable to be formed. Also, the jutsu can be cancelled if the user loses too much concentration, not to say that he/she can't be doing anything else while performing it.
Furosuto no Yoroi (Frost Armor)
Coating the outer layer of his armor/skin in a thin layer of ice, the jutsu acts mostly as a defensive measure against lower level jutsus. However, the technique’s greatest advantage lies in its ability to counter some of the most powerful melee attacks that exist. Upon contact with the armor, a small portion of ice immediately travels up the substance, eventually covering the entire victim in a block of ice, unable to move.
Cons: Has minimal use when defending against ranged jutsus, as its second abilities are useless against them. Takes formidable charka to create the frost armor itself.
Shimo Shinsei (Frost Nova)
By expelling small pulses of charka from his body, the shinobi forms miniature waves of ice that explode outwards in all 360 degrees, much resembling “Soshi Nami”. However, upon contact, the jutsu begins to cut down the target’s overall response rate and causes their limbs to become numb. Used mainly for paralyzing an opponent before moving in for the kill.
Cons: Can be rather easily repelled by stronger mist/snow jutsus, but most of all, fire jutsus. Movement is also extremely limited when initiating this technique.
Jouro Senbon
(must have an umbrella to use)
(Raining Needles) A barrage of needles fly at the enemy from
sockets in an umbrella that has been flung into the air. They come
at the enemy from all directions and are controlled by chakra to
increase accuracy. These needles have been known to have the power
to pierce 5mm of steel.
